Double walled, 20oz straight metal tumbler. 
Keeps hot drinks hot for up to 8 hours and cold drinks cold for up to 9 hours. 
The tumblers are made from food grade stainless steel and the lid is BPA free plastic.
Each tumbler will include a metal and plastic straw, a rubber base, care instructions and are individually boxed (the straws don't fit inside the tumbler box!).
Once the design has been printed, refunds are only offered on items if there is a manufacturing fault that is identified within 2 working days of receipt, providing the care instructions that are included have been followed.
